  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
  • Returns are accepted only in case of:
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Product damage during delivery
    • Wrong item delivered

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.
  • If purchased via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred via bank account/UPI after verification.
