✅ Return Eligibility
- Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
- Returns are accepted only in case of:
- Manufacturing defect
- Product damage during delivery
- Wrong item delivered
💰 Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.
- If purchased via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred via bank account/UPI after verification.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of cost.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
